About the role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our team in a part-time position. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding our educators, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning practices, and maintaining compliance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Demonstrate respect, friendliness, and willingness to help wherever needed. • Facilitate professional development and reflective practice among educators. • Collaborate with families, staff, and management to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. • Monitor and document children’s learning outcomes and ensure continuous improvement in educational programs. • Support the Centre Director in achieving and maintaining high-quality ratings and compliance standards. Skills and Experience required • An ACECQA nationally approved Diploma level (or higher) early childhood education and care • Knowledge and a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF V2) • Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training • A current and valid Working with Children's Check (Blue Card) and GECKKO. • Strong understanding of the Montessori philosophy and its practical application (Montessori qualification or experience highly regarded). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills. • Ability to foster a collaborative and positive team culture. • Commitment to continuous professional learning and reflective practice.
