Job Description About the Consumer Platform: Our new Consumer Platform aims to create seamless, unified user experiences across all of Nine's digital products. It will encompass universal capabilities for identity, marketing communications, subscription management, billing, payments, and personalisation, enabling deeper audience engagement, growth, and retention. About the Role As the Product Lead for Engagement, you will report to the Head of Product, Accounts & Engagement. In this pivotal role, you will champion our newly expanded domain within the Consumer Platform, overseeing Entitlements, Offers, Paywalls, and MarTech You will play a pivotal role in enabling our Growth Marketing and Strategy teams to execute and experiment with their own initiatives at scale. Beyond driving your own roadmap, you will establish repeatable specification standards for the platform and serve as a mentor within the team - including coaching and dotted-line management of an Associate Product Manager dedicated to MarTech. What you'll do : ● Product Vision & Execution: Craft a strategic product roadmap and deliver initiatives in line with our broader vision across the Entitlements, Offers, Paywall, and MarTech ecosystem. ● Uplift Specifications: Set the standard for feature specifications, creating scalable templates and documentation processes to uplift the product craft of others. ● Delivery & Risk Management: Drive the delivery of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives while proactively managing dependencies and anticipating delivery risks. ● Stakeholder Management: Proactively navigate a complex, multi-team stakeholder landscape to balance competing priorities and build alignment. ● People Leadership & Mentorship: Actively mentor team members, share knowledge, and provide day-to-day guidance and coaching. Who you are: ● You are an experienced Product Leader with a proven ability to manage complex, highly interconnected platform products from concept to launch. ● You have a passion for user growth with a solid understanding of entitlements, promotional systems, paywalls, and MarTech frameworks. ● You are data-driven, with the ability to connect project outcomes to overarching business goals. ● An effective communicator and collaborator who can align engineering, design, and senior business stakeholders behind a unified vision. ● You are adaptable and thrive in a transformation environment.
