Internal expression of interest Temporary full-time 6 months opportunity (35hours per week) Office location Paramatta/Sydney, flexible working supported Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $129,464 to $142,665 super About the role The Senior Digital Producer is based in the National Parks & Wildlife Service (NPWS) Digital Unit within DCCEEW IT. We are a vibrant team of talented developers, producers and spatial and data specialists. We develop and support a range of national park digital services, including one of the NSW Government’s most popular websites (nationalparks.nsw.gov.au). We work to develop innovative, user-centred digital experiences that support environmental programs and visitor experiences for millions of people each year. We work in an agile environment, including test-driven development, CI/CD and frequent releases to design and build fast, stable software and get it to customers quickly. Key software platforms and tools include Sitecore CMS, Smartsheet, MS Teams, Figma, Google Analytics, Firebase, ArcGIS and FME. We manage our work through Azure DevOps and use a range of other Azure services for application development and delivery. In this role, you will be managing and coordinating the development, implementation and support of various digital services for national park visitors across the NPWS website and other digital channels. You will support fellow team members and make sure project work is delivered to meet stakeholder expectations and support the delivery of great digital services for park visitors. In this role you will: Use your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to apply innovative solutions to a range of complex problems related to NSW National Parks digital services. Lead end-to-end digital production, from planning through to delivery and ongoing support Document and communicate progress, risks and issues to a range of audiences.
