Location – Cleveland, Thornlands and Surrounding Suburbs We’re looking for compassionate, enthusiastic Casual and Permanent Part Time Community Care Workers across Cleveland, Thornlands and Beaudesert . Bring your skills and empathy to a role where even the small things you do make a meaningful difference. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities , helping them live independently, safely, and confidently. This is a community based role you will be required to provide supports to our clients in the community. You Will: Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals Support clients with domestic tasks , including house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal prep Provide social and community support and assist with transport to appointments or shopping Follow clients’ care plans and report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager Contribute ideas to improve services and teamwork What We’re Looking For: Positive, flexible attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills Respect and empathy for clients, families, and colleagues Ability to work across flexible casual or permanent part time hours Essential Requirements: Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) Current Australian Driver’s Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle Proof of COVID-19 vaccination as required Relevant probity checks as per legislation and WMQ policy
