About You HiBob is looking for an exceptional Sales Manager based in Sydney, Australia to lead and develop our Account Executive team in Sydney. You’ll be instrumental in driving new business growth for our fast-scaling SaaS platform, supporting companies across APJ to modernize and humanize their HR. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines strong people leadership with strategic and analytical capability, using data-driven insights to build high-performing teams and influence stakeholders at the senior leadership level. You’ll manage a group of Account Executives, focused on new business acquisition, helping them master outbound sales, pipeline generation, and value-based closing approaches. We are looking for someone who thrives in a hyper-growth environment, brings deep SaaS sales expertise, and understand what it takes to build a high-performing, inclusive, and motivated team. You understand how to position HiBob’s value to scale-up organisations and mid-sized businesses navigating rapid growth and workforce change . Requirements 5 years of success in building, leading & coaching a high-performing SaaS AE team 10 years in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets Experience with MEDDPICC and value-based selling A hunter mentality paired with strong negotiation and closing skills Worked in a high velocity sales environment. Past experience within the HR tech space and/or HR-tech products is beneficial. Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets. Able to be resourceful and motivate teams towards success. Passionate for winning, with a team player mentality. Exceptional ability to effectively communicate and influence. Analytical orientation. Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed. Excellent problem-solving skills.
