Job Description Elastomers Australia are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join the team based in Campbellfield. Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will support the wider finance team across Accounts Payables/ Receivables, Payroll and general finance administration activities. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in finance and gain hands on experience across multiple functions. Duties · Process invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner · Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, customers queries and issues in a timely manner · Support monthly reconciliations and assist with finance reporting · Assist with finance administration activities including but not limited to banking, forecasting, month end and compliance. · Provide Payroll assistance by collating and processing documentation including leave applications, timesheets as required and assist with payroll functions · Provide reception support as required and general administrative and office duties.
