Our client, a specialist Civil Contractor, is on the hunt for experienced TMI Traffic Controllers for sites based throughout South side of Brisbane - Logan through to Redland Bay, with the depot based in Ransome. To be successful, you will require: Level 2 TMI (Traffic Management Implementation) ticket with at least 12 months’ industry experience Construction White Card Current Queensland Driver’s Licence Strong commitment to workplace safety Excellent communication and teamwork skills Current First Aid & CPR certification (desirable, however not mandatory) The Role: Conduct traffic control duties using stop/slow bat operations Set up, maintain and remove traffic control signage, cones and barriers Implement Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) Monitor traffic flow to ensure the safety of workers, motorists and pedestrians Manage lane closures, detours and traffic diversions Complete pre-start checks and ensure all equipment is compliant and operational Respond quickly and safely to changing traffic and site conditions Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety procedures What's on Offer: Temp to perm position Stable, ongoing work $39 - $40 p/h penalties & allowances Massive pipeline of work secured within the Civil & Government/Council sector Company vehicle provided to successful candidates following a demonstrated period of reliability and performance If you have the above experience and are ready to start immediately, we encourage you to apply TODAY , be working TOMORROW!
