Due to growth, we're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Manager to join their team on the Central Coast. Reporting to the Branch Manager, within this role you will be responsible for the day to day operations and planning of the workshop and field service functions ensuring timely, accurate and consistency of service delivery. You will be responsible for achieving budgets, quality, safety and management of staff performance. The Role: Manage day to day planning of jobs within the workshop and on customer sites including urgent breakdowns/call outs Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and clients Implement, monitor and review staff performance and training requirements Ensure branch financial and performance targets are achieved Ensure quality and safety compliance policy is adhered to What we're looking for: Mechanical aptitude or mechanical trade qualification Drivers licence Experience in an Operational or supervisory role managing technicians either workshop or field based Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple jobs at any time Strong mechanical technical knowledge including hydraulic or pneumatic equipment A strong people person with the ability to build and nurture high performing teams Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels Self motivated individual with strong attention to detail and deadlines Commitment to continual Improvement and service delivery Sound oral, written, communication and computer skills Commitment to assisting in meeting relevant branch targets and KPI Benefits: $50 per hour super Company vehicle Full-time permanent role - Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm Global brand Opportunity for upskilling and further career development If you're ready for the next step in your career, APPLY TODAY!
