The Opportunity This is an opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer to join a close-knit team and work across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Unlike larger firms where work can become highly specialised, this role offers genuine variety and direct involvement across transactions, advisory matters and client relationships. You will work closely with experienced principals who are committed to mentoring and developing lawyers while providing significant client contact and responsibility from an early stage. Key Areas of Practice The firm offers a broad commercial practice, including: Business & commercial law Corporate advisory Commercial litigation & dispute resolution Property & real estate Wills & estates / succession planning This creates a well-rounded role with a mix of advisory, transactional and contentious work.
