We're looking for an Office Manager to become the central hub of our daily operations. In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure our engineers have the support they need to perform at their best. Key Responsibilities Plan and review office services, set priorities and service standards, and ensure smooth operation of the workplace. Allocate and manage office resources, including staff assignments, office management, IT equipment, and company vehicles. Assign tasks to administrative team members and oversee work performance. Maintain office records, accounts, and asset registers for phones, IT equipment, and company vehicles. Liaise with engineers, external consultants, and clients to coordinate office business and assist in resolving operational issues. Manage relationships with office suppliers, utilities, subscriptions, and service providers; ensure office equipment and supplies are properly maintained. Ensure workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance, including first aid coordination, emergency response procedures, and business continuity planning. Ensure administrative operations comply with company policies and relevant government regulations. Coordinate personnel activities, including recruitment support, onboarding, training coordination, and performance monitoring for administrative staff. Assist with company events, staff recognition programs, and internal culture-building activities Skills and Experience 5 years' experience in office administration or management. Experience in the engineering or construction industry is preferred. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. High attention to detail and strong administrative capability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently across multiple business functions. Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
