JZY (Jia Zhi Yuan) Pty Ltd trading as Lochard Drive and Convenience Store is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to organise and control the daily operations of our busy convenience store. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient store performance, excellent customer service, and effective staff management. Key Responsibilities: Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices Promoting and advertising the store’s goods and services Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions Undertaking budgeting and financial management for the establishment Controlling the selection, training and supervision of staff Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Managing day-to-day retail operations to maximise sales and customer satisfaction Requirements: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in retail or convenience store management preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good organisational and problem-solving skills Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations Position Details: Full-time position Competitive salary based on experience Friendly and supportive work environment If you are enthusiastic about retail management and customer service, we encourage you to apply.
