You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team, working on a variety of interesting immigration matters with genuine opportunities for career growth and development. What you’d be doing in this role: Provide advice across employer-sponsored, skilled, family and temporary visa matters. Manage end-to-end visa applications, including preparation, review and lodgement. Handle a full caseload from initial instruction through to final outcome. Liaise with clients, the Department of Home Affairs and relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate and compliant file management using the latest programs. Work within established processes while exercising discretion and confidentiality. You're probably a good fit, if you have: 3 years’ immigration law experience (employer sponsored, skilled, family or temporary visas). Current Registered Migration Agent (MARN). Strong knowledge of Australian migration law and visa processes. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Able to work independently and collaboratively. What benefits are there for you?
