As a Retail Manager at Twisted Sista, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating retail operations across the company's locations, ensuring consistent customer service standards, effective stock management, and efficient day-to-day store performance. This position requires strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage retail operations across multiple sites. Responsibilities and Tasks: Manage and coordinate retail operations across the company's various locations to ensure consistent service standards, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor product offerings, inventory requirements and service delivery standards to support business objectives and customer demand. Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing, pricing and promotional strategies to maximise sales and business performance. Support marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth across all retail locations. Provide high-quality customer service and ensure customer enquiries, feedback and complaints are addressed in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate records relating to inventory, sales performance and business operations, and prepare reports for management review. Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment to ensure product availability and minimise stock losses. Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, controlling operational expenditure and identifying opportunities to improve profitability. Train, supervise and support staff to maintain high performance standards and a positive customer-focused culture. Evaluate staff performance and contribute to workforce development initiatives to support business growth and operational effectiveness. Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation and customer service practices are consistently maintained across all business locations. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, food safety standards and company policies and procedures. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualification. Minimum 1 year experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar position Strong retail operations and staff management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage stock control and inventory systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to analyse sales performance and implement business improvement strategies. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
