Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Systems Administrator to manage and support the organisation's IT infrastructure, cloud systems, websites, and digital platforms. This role combines core systems administration responsibilities with web development, CRM management, and digital operations support across multiple business units. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems, while also supporting the organisation's digital transformation and online presence. Key Responsibilities Systems Administration & IT Infrastructure Administer and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems Manage Windows Server and desktop environments Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) Manage Active Directory and Azure Active Directory user access and permissions Maintain Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and services Configure and support endpoint management using Microsoft Intune or similar tools Monitor system performance, security, backups, and disaster recovery processes Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network issues Manage network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches, DNS, and DHCP Perform system upgrades, patching, and software deployment Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and asset registers Digital Systems, Web & CRM Management Design, develop, and maintain company websites for SEC Business Group and FABX Engineering & Fabrication Support ongoing development of digital systems for international operations, including PT Elang - SEC BG (Indonesia) Manage company social media platforms including LinkedIn and related digital engagement channels Develop and maintain product databases and digital catalogues for sales and marketing support Implement and administer CRM systems and document control platforms Review, organise, and update legacy technical documentation and databases Maintain company policies, procedures, and document registers in line with ISO-aligned systems and South Australian legislative requirements Support reporting systems across Australian and Indonesian operations Business & Operational Support Provide internal IT support to reduce reliance on external consultants and improve cost efficiency Support cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, administration, and operations Assist in system improvements, digital transformation projects, and workflow automation initiatives Contribute to operational reporting and business intelligence systems Requirements Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar ICT role Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 Experience with Azure, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls) Experience in website development and/or web management Familiarity with CRM systems and document management platforms Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices Ability to manage multiple systems and business functions Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently across multi-site or international operations Why Join Us Key role in a growing engineering and fabrication group Exposure to both IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects Opportunity to support international operations (Australia & Indonesia) Stable full-time position with competitive salary package Direct impact on business efficiency and system modernization
