A local business based in Cambooya is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join the team. This is a full-time position and would suit someone living in Cambooya, Toowoomba or the surrounding areas who is looking for a long-term role within a friendly and supportive workplace. About the Role You will be responsible for a variety of administration, accounts support, customer service and freight coordination duties, assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business. Duties Include: Processing invoices and entering data Bank reconciliations Sending statements and following up outstanding accounts Managing incoming phone calls and emails General office administration duties Assisting with customer enquiries and sales orders Coordinating freight and transport paperwork Assisting with monthly marketing and promotional material Occasional local pickups or deliveries using the company vehicle To Be Successful You Will Have: Previous office administration experience Experience with invoicing and reconciliations Strong computer skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks A trustworthy and reliable work ethic A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems A manual driver's licence and reliable vehicle Desirable: Experience with QuickBooks, Reckon or similar accounting software What's on Offer?
