ABOUT THE POSITION As a Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations Intern, your responsibilities may include: Assisting with receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming stock. Supporting inventory management and stock control activities. Assisting with order picking, packing, and dispatch processes. Learning warehouse operations and supply chain best practices. Supporting customer service and counter sales activities. Assisting customers with product inquiries and order processing. Maintaining accurate inventory and transaction records. Supporting stocktakes, reporting, and administrative tasks. Developing product knowledge to assist customers and internal teams. Learning distribution, warehousing, and logistics processes within a wholesale environment. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Current students or recent graduates in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, Commerce, Warehousing, or related disciplines. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good attention to detail and organizational abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Previous warehouse, retail, customer service, or administration experience is advantageous but not essential. Australian work rights required.
