Property Network of Australia is seeking a Facilities Coordinator or Snr Facilities Coordinator to join a respected listed organisation who develop and manage a national portfolio of properties in the services industry. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience supporting property services, maintenance coordination, and contractor management within a multi-site environment / head office role. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Portfolio Facilities Managers, ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance, compliance, and contractor management across all facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating work requests, supporting essential services, and maintaining accurate records to uphold safety and service standards. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage reactive work requests for maintenance and capital works Support essential services compliance and defect rectification processes Maintain contractor compliance registers and liaise with suppliers Assist with preventative maintenance planning and scheduling using CMMS Prepare and file service reports, work order tracking, and compliance documentation Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders The ideal candidate will have: Experience in property or facilities maintenance coordination Proficiency in computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and MS Office Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines Ability to work in a dedicated office work environment Monday to Friday on a day to day basis If you think this role is for you and you have the required experience (as detailed above) then please do not hesitate to contact Lawrence by submitting your CV and a covering letter and they will be in touch with more information on the role and our client.
