Hybrid Working | Long-Term Contract Opportunity | Competitive Daily Rate Aspiring Talent is partnering with a large and highly respected Queensland organisation undertaking a significant enterprise-wide digital transformation program. We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the implementation and adoption of new HR, Payroll and Workforce Management capabilities across a complex workforce environment. This is not a traditional technology change role. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, operational leaders and project delivery teams to drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and organisational adoption activities. A significant component of the role will focus on workforce management, electronic timesheeting and payroll-related process change, supporting the successful rollout of new people systems and ways of working across a large employee population. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute organisational change strategies and plans Conduct stakeholder impact and change readiness assessments Lead communication, engagement and training activities Support workforce management and timesheeting transformation initiatives Partner with HR, Payroll, Technology and business leaders Identify and manage change risks, resistance and adoption challenges Support transition, hypercare and embedding activities What We're Looking For Proven experience delivering HRIS, Payroll, Workforce Management or HR transformation initiatives Strong organisational change management capability Experience working with HR, Payroll and operational stakeholders Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to operate within large and complex transformation environments Highly Regarded TechnologyOne, Humanforce, Workday, Aurion, SAP HR or SuccessFactors experience Local Government, Utilities, Healthcare or other large workforce environments PROSCI, Agile Change or equivalent certification What's on Offer?
