Apply project management methodologies to administrative and technical activities. Research, draft and prepare briefs, correspondence and reports including submissions for committee consideration. Experience/Skills Sought: Relevant Tertiary Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, IT, physics, mathematics, logistics, supply chain management, business, or project management. Experience in complex technical environments is valued. Experience in Defence or Technical Sustainment: Relevant experience in the Australian Defence Force or related industries in roles like logistics management, product sustainment, asset management, or supporting complex technical systems. Experience with integrated sensor systems, data fusion, or command and control capabilities is beneficial. Resource Management Understanding: A solid grasp of logistics principles, supply chain management, inventory control, and asset lifecycle management across various technologies. Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups, including technical experts, military personnel, industry partners, and international representatives. Risk Management Experience: Experience identifying, assessing, and implementing plans to reduce risks related to the availability, maintainability, and security of complex, interconnected systems. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex technical and program information clearly to different audiences.
