About your new role: An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced fundraising professional to lead and grow a successful Gifts in Wills program for a highly respected research-focused organisation. This is a unique chance to play a pivotal role in securing future funding that supports life-changing research and innovation. Working within a collaborative Development & Engagement team, you will develop and execute a legacy giving strategy, build meaningful donor relationships, and inspire supporters to leave a lasting impact. Develop and implement the Gifts in Wills strategy Build and nurture a pipeline of legacy donors Create compelling donor communications and engagement campaigns Steward existing supporters through personalised relationship management Work closely with senior stakeholders to achieve fundraising objectives Ensure compliance with fundraising, wills and estate administration requirements Monitor and report on program performance and growth Attend and participate in various events About You: Proven experience in Gifts in Wills, philanthropy, fundraising or donor development Demonstrated success building donor relationships and securing legacy gifts Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High levels of empathy, integrity and professionalism with a genuine nature Current unrestricted drivers licence What's in it for you: Purpose-driven role with genuine community impact.
