Establish a strong footprint with a prominent contractor for future contracts. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all internal and external finishes, managing handover sequencing. Coordinate final trade schedules including plastering, painting, cabinetry, and flooring. Conduct detailed snagging lists and drive strict defect-rectification protocols. Enforce site-wide safety compliance, housekeeping, and OHS standards. Liaise directly with client inspectors and Project Managers for final sign-offs. What You’ll Bring: Proven track record as a Finishing Supervisor, Foreman, or Snagging Specialist. Strong eye for detail across high-end commercial or residential finishes. Exceptional subcontractor management skills to drive final handovers on schedule. Thorough knowledge of local WA building codes and quality assurance standards. Relevant trade qualification (carpentry or internal linings preferred) and White Card.
