They are currently seeking Belt Pickers to work along their conveyor systems, assisting with the sorting and processing of materials in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities: Stand along a moving conveyor belt and manually pick, sort, or remove materials based on type or quality Identify and remove contaminated or non-conforming items Ensure proper sorting to meet production or recycling standards Maintain a clean and safe work area Report mechanical or material issues to supervisors as needed Requirements: Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and quick reflexes Comfortable working in environments that may be dusty, noisy, or involve repetitive tasks Previous experience in a similar role (manufacturing, recycling, mining) is a plus Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented Forklift ticket Pass pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screening It is essential you have your current Driving Licence and reliable transport.
