About the Role This is a fantastic early career opportunity for someone who is organised, calm under pressure, and keen to build a career in transport operations. We are seeking candidates with some previous experience/ exposure to similar roles. Training will be provided , for an early career candidate able to demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn. As a Fleet Allocator, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating our day‑to‑day transport operations. You will be responsible for multitasking in a fast‑moving environment with a very low margin for error, including: Allocating drivers and appropriate vehicles to meet on‑demand pickup calls as they are received Rescheduling and balancing driver workloads in response to unplanned events or delays Liaising with contact centre consultants, health facilities, and allied transport services Supporting the smooth running of our service through timely decision‑making and effective communication About You We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and thrives in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone wanting to grow their established skills and capability in the transport, logistics, or scheduling field.
