About Us Mineco is a leading national civil and mining services company operating across the East Coast of Australia. We deliver comprehensive solutions to Tier 1 clients, including bulk dozer push, coal quality and recovery, mobile crushing, civil works, and rehabilitation services. Operating from our Head Office in Beresfield, a fully equipped Muswellbrook workshop, and a Queensland operations office, we support major sites across NSW and QLD. We are currently expanding our maintenance team with an experienced Auto Electrician. This is an opportunity to join a team working on in-house Mineco owned and operated large scale civil and mining equipment. About the Role Perform diagnostics and maintenance of electrical systems on large-scale mobile mining equipment including CAT Trucks, Dozers & Loaders, Hitachi Excavators & Mobile Crushers and Screens. Carry out fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance on electrical, CANBUS, air conditioning and control systems. Conduct detailed inspections and diagnostics to ensure optimal equipment performance, reliability and safety. Assist with machine upgrades, electrical component replacements and commissioning activities. The Successful Applicant Will Have the Following Skills and Experience Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology Post-trade experience working in the mining or heavy earthmoving industry. Demonstrated experience working with CAT, Hitachi, Liebherr or other large earthmoving equipment. High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. What Do We Offer?
