You’ll lead and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence, maintain high safety standards, and provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient and high‑performing operations by: Drive operational performance through clear communication, structured planning, visual reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. Build, coach and lead engaged teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes aligned with company values and regulatory requirements. Promoting and maintaining safe operating practices in line with legislative and regulatory requirements through regular monitoring and review of activities. About You You are a hands‑on leader with strong operational and people management capability. You will bring: Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and implement practical operational solutions. A hands‑on leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in people development, coaching and performance management. High level and engaging management skills, coupled with a high standard of written and verbal communication. Proven experience leading from the front, including coaching, mentoring, performance management and driving positive change. Role Requirements Experience in logistics, operations, or waste management (preferred but not essential). Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams. Strong computer literacy, including the use of Microsoft Office, CRM systems and GPS or operational tracking tools. The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A passion for safety and sustainability. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
