We are looking for a Mechanical Trade Assistant to join our clients manufacturing workshop team in Perth. This role will be required for an immediate start on the day shift (6:00am–2:30pm overtime) in a mining components manufacturing environment. Experience: · Previous experience working as a trade assistant in a production / manufacturing workshop · Mechanical aptitude · Experience using hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches safely and effectively · Exposure to mechanical assembly, maintenance, or fabrication environments Role Responsibilities: · Assist with mechanical assembly tasks, including torquing bolts for pulley assembly · Support tradespeople with fitting, assembly, and maintenance tasks · Handle workshop materials, including moving, storing, and preparing components for assembly · Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment What’s in it for you? · $38.31 – $41.34 per hour super penalties · Potential overtime (Estimated: 45–50 hours per week) · Early finish on a Friday · Ongoing work with long-term opportunities · Clean and safe working environment · Convenient location just off Tonkin Highway Who are TSS?
