04th June, 2026 We are partnering with a highly regarded, values-driven organisation to recruit a Service Manager to lead a specialist youth mental health service focused on early psychosis and early intervention. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing service delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams, and driving high-quality, recovery-oriented outcomes for young people and their families. About the Role You will provide operational and clinical leadership across a complex, community-based mental health service, ensuring safe, accessible, and evidence-based care aligned with best practice models. Working closely with senior leadership, you will: Lead and support Team Leaders and a multidisciplinary clinical workforce Oversee clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement processes Drive service performance, data integrity, and continuous improvement Manage operational requirements including budget, workforce planning, and service delivery Act as an escalation point for complex clinical and operational matters Build strong partnerships across the broader mental health and community sector This role sits within a youth-focused early intervention model, supporting young people experiencing or at risk of first episode psychosis, with a strong emphasis on recovery, family involvement, and system integration. About You You are an experienced clinician and leader who thrives in dynamic, evolving service environments. You will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, OT, Nursing or similar Registration with a relevant professional body (AHPRA, AASW or equivalent) Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk, and quality frameworks Experience in youth mental health, early intervention, or community mental health Ability to influence, lead through change, and build high-performing teams Confidence managing complex stakeholder relationships and service systems Why Apply?
