As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Hydac Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for planning and leading sales and marketing strategies for HYDAC's fluid power products, hydraulic services and technical solutions across industrial and mobile equipment markets. This position requires commercial focus, technical product understanding and ability to coordinate sales channels, customer relationships and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities and Tasks: Develop and implement sales, marketing, advertising and customer engagement plans for HYDAC's hydraulic, motion control and fluid technology products in consultation with senior management. Set sales targets, product priorities, geographical sales areas and customer service standards for fluid power components, hydraulic services and engineering solutions. Analyse market demand, customer segments and competitor activity across mining, construction, agriculture, energy and industrial sectors to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate pricing, quotation strategies, credit arrangements and commercial terms for sales of hydraulic systems, components, service packages and related technical solutions. Direct and support the sales team, agents and distribution channels to promote HYDAC products, maintain customer relationships and improve conversion of technical enquiries into sales. Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, product promotions, trade communications and technical content that highlight HYDAC's reliability, quality and engineering capability. Monitor sales performance, marketing outcomes and customer feedback, preparing reports and recommendations to improve revenue, customer loyalty and market share. Collaborate with engineering, service, operations and product teams to ensure marketing messages and sales proposals accurately reflect product capability, delivery capacity and customer requirements. Represent the business at industry events, client meetings and technical discussions to strengthen HYDAC's profile in fluid power and hydraulic services markets. Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory expectations and customer procurement practices relevant to hydraulic equipment, fluid management and predictive maintenance solutions. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualification. Minimum 5 year experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager Strong sales strategy, marketing planning and business development skills. Ability to manage customer relationships, distribution channels and technical sales teams. Sound understanding of industrial products, hydraulic systems or technical service environments. Strong communication, reporting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $110,000 - $115,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
