Job Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Bearing Wholesalers team based in Thomastown. In this role, you will manage and grow a customer portfolio by delivering outstanding service, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting our specialist product range. You’ll build strong, long-term relationships while contributing to ongoing business growth. What You’ll Be Doing Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proact Manage a structured call cycle across your territory Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing and new customers Identify and convert new business opportunities Reactivate dormant accounts and increase share of wallet Maintain accurate customer records and reporting Provide weekly sales activity and opportunity updates Support customers with product knowledge, training, and solutions Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, marketing, and branch operations Execute sales and promotional initiatives
