Actively manage pipeline and develop a strategy for sustained, long-term success in your territory. Collaborate with cross-functional team members in product, engineering, partnerships, and customer success to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for your clients. Who You Are Experienced: 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years specifically in SaaS or Martech in a new logo acquisition role. Commercial Mindset: Proven track record of managing SMB or Commercial-sized deals with multiple stakeholders. Collaborative: Ability to build relationships with internal (BDRs, Marketing, Ops, Partnerships) and external (clients, agencies) stakeholders. Self-Starter: You define yourself as an energetic, results-oriented individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. Data-Driven: A track record of using data to inform decision-making and managing pipeline accurately. Strategic & Independent: A results-oriented, highly motivated attitude and the ability to work independently to execute sales strategies. AI Fluent: You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects and are excited to responsibly explore new AI tools to make your work smarter and more efficient. Local Compliance: Eligible to work in Australia without restrictions. Soft Skills & Tools Exemplary presentation and communication skills. Strong sense of curiosity with a bias towards action.
