Draftsperson (Steel Fabrication) - Immediate Start Recruitment 247 We are urgently seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join a growing steel fabrication team. This role may also suit a trade-qualified Boilermaker with strong drafting capabilities and experience using Advanced Steel and AutoCAD. Currently supported by tradespeople performing drafting duties, we are looking to appoint a dedicated third team member to strengthen our design and production capability. About the Role Produce detailed workshop drawings for structural steel and metalwork projects Respond to a variety of drafting requests and provide technical support to Project Managers Liaise with customers at a design level, providing input and practical solutions Conduct 3D scanning, site measurements, and inspections to verify design constraints Maintain strong communication and working relationships across teams Skills & Experience Essential: Demonstrated experience with Advanced Steel and AutoCAD Trade background (Boilermaker) highly regarded Experience working within quality management systems, procedures, and work practices Current Queensland manual driver's licence Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach What's on Offer $45.00 per hour significant overtime (OTE $100K) Immediate start Full-time position Uniform provided Annual bonus Long-term opportunity with a growing and expanding business Apply Now Click "Apply" via this website Or email your resume to: applications@recruitment247.com.au Questions?
