Job Description We’re looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Partner to join our People & Culture team in a part-time capacity (3 days per week). This role is ideal for someone passionate about workplace wellbeing, proactive safety initiatives and partnering with leaders to create positive employee experiences across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will: Partner with leaders to strengthen workplace health, safety and wellbeing practices Lead workers compensation, rehabilitation and return-to-work programs Drive WHS compliance, incident management and risk mitigation activities Deliver wellbeing and mental health initiatives that support employee engagement Provide practical guidance, coaching and education across the business Use reporting and insights to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making
