Job Description What You’ll Do Based at Briar Hill, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes 6 passionate Occupational Therapists (with onsite senior support), all dedicated to making a real impact. The caseload is varied and engaging, spanning NDIS participants with ASD, intellectual disability, psychosocial conditions, neurological and physical disabilities. You’ll work across homes, clinics and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create. You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development. Why Better Rehab?
