Mental Health Triage Clinician Aligned Healthcare is seeking experienced Mental Health Clinicians to join a 24/7 Mental Health Access Team in Shepparton, VIC. We are recruiting for two permanent positions, with full-time and part-time options available (0.6–1.0 FTE). This is a senior autonomous role working as the first point of contact for individuals experiencing mental health crisis. You will conduct comprehensive telephone triage, mental health assessments, and risk assessments across all age groups. Overnight shifts include face-to-face Emergency Department assessments at Shepparton Hospital. The service operates on a rotating 7-day roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
