As a Management Coordinator at Climb Fit, you will be responsible for coordinating organisational operations, reviewing administrative systems and supporting business process improvements across the company's facilities and programs. This position requires strong organisational, analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities and Tasks: Coordinate and review organisational procedures, administrative systems and operational workflows to improve efficiency across climbing facility operations. Analyse business processes, operational performance and resource allocation to identify areas for continuous improvement. Develop and implement operational policies, reporting procedures and compliance frameworks to support business objectives. Coordinate communication and workflow between management, administration and operational teams across multiple facilities. Prepare operational reports, business performance summaries and management recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Assist in the development and implementation of workforce planning, scheduling systems and operational procedures. Monitor compliance with workplace health and safety procedures, company standards and internal operational policies. Liaise with suppliers, contractors and external stakeholders to coordinate administrative and operational activities. Support the implementation of customer service initiatives, operational improvements and business development strategies. Maintain accurate business records, operational documentation and organisational reporting systems. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualification. Minimum 1 year experience as a Management Coordinator Strong organisational and coordination skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to develop and improve operational procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $90,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
