Disability Connect Victoria (DCV) is on the lookout for a passionate and organised Team Leader to help drive quality support in a complex 24×7 program. This is the perfect next step for a Support Worker ready to take on more responsibility while staying hands-on with client care. You’ll still be on the roster, providing direct support, but you’ll also take the lead on key admin, communication, and coordination tasks that keep the program running smoothly. Think of yourself as the vital link between clients, support workers, and the office team.
