Senior Contract Administrator (CA) Location:St Leonards, NSW Salary Package: $150K – $180K Super Hybrid Working Arrangement – 2-3 Days Office / Remaining WFH About the Company Our clients is a growing civil construction company delivering medium-to large-scale infrastructure and earthworks projects across New South Wales. Their expertise includes earthworks, shoring & piling, demolition, remediation, roads, and infrastructure projects. Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their team. The Role Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Senior CA will play a key role in the commercial and contractual management of civil construction projects. The position will work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and Office Administration teams to ensure projects are delivered eAiciently and profitably. Key Responsibilities Manage head contracts and subcontract administration across multiple civil projects Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontract agreements and variations Monitor project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting Assess and process subcontractor claims and progress payments Liaise directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Support Project Managers in commercial decision-making and risk management Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project timelines Maintain strong documentation and reporting processes throughout the project lifecycle Requirements Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within civil construction Strong exposure to medium to large-scale civil/infrastructure projects Sound understanding of civil works including earthworks, roads, remediation, shoring, or infrastructure projects Strong contract management and commercial acumen Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent English with the ability to confidently communicate with clients and project teams Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced project environment Relevant Construction Management, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying qualification preferred Benefits Competitive salary package Flexible hybrid working arrangement Opportunity to join a growing and reputable civil contractor Exposure to diverse and large-scale civil projects across NSW Collaborative and supportive team culture If this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for, then we'd love to hear from you.
