Job Description Australian Centre for Precision Health and Technology (PRECISE) is advancing healthcare by moving beyond one-size-fits-all treatment to personalised care. Using a digital twin modelling platform, it identifies individual biomarkers linked to musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, helping clinicians deliver tailored treatments and enabling better monitoring of patient health. As a Research Fellow within PRECISE, you will contribute your biomechanics expertise to a multidisciplinary research team developing innovative clinical solutions for lower limb musculoskeletal pain. Working under the supervision of Professor Luke Kelly, you will lead and support research activities that advance personalised, precision healthcare. As a Research Fellow you will Lead biomechanics data collection, processing and analysis for clinical research projects. Conduct high-quality research and contribute to PRECISE’s research objectives and outputs. Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and support grant funding applications. Prepare research publications, reports and presentations. Support supervision and mentoring of research students and junior staff. This is a fixed term until 31st December 2028, full time position primarily based at Griffith University Gold Coast. As Griffith is a multi-site university you may be required to work across other locations. Griffith University’s sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples. Salary Range The full time equivalent base salary will be Research Fellow Grade 1 range $91,705 - $107,420 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $107,295 - $125,682 per annum.
