About the Company We are supporting the recruitment for a 25-year-old, US-headquartered IT consulting and digital transformation firm working with enterprise clients on technology implementation and business process improvement. They are now extending to Sydney as part of their Asia-Pacific expansion. About the Role You'll work directly with a major enterprise client's leadership team in Sydney, translating technology initiatives into business outcomes. You'll manage client relationships, advise on strategy, and work collaboratively with consulting teams across our distributed offices. What You'll Do Understand the client's business processes and challenges; advise on technology solutions Convert technical outputs (Power BI dashboards, AI insights, automation) into clear business recommendations for executives Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across the client organization Support the delivery of client projects in collaboration with teams in Bogotá and Seattle Identify potential new business opportunities within the client account The Reality You'll report to managers in Bogotá and Seattle—you have autonomy in managing the client relationship day-to-day This is a 1-year contract (renewable, though no guarantee) The client has a strong track record of renewing engagements, which is a positive signal for ongoing work You may identify new business opportunities, though there's no guarantee on additional revenue Hybrid: 1–2 days per week at the client office in Sydney; rest remote Requirements About You You have 5–7 years of experience in consulting, business advisory, digital transformation, or similar client-facing roles. You're comfortable presenting to senior executives, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and translating technical capabilities into business value. What You'll Need Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, and modern AI tools (not expert-level; you need to understand them and know when to recommend them) Ability to work effectively across time zones Comfortable in a hybrid working environment Benefits The Package Salary: AUD $115K–$150K base (depending on experience) Contract: 1 year, renewable Start date: 1 July 2026 Bonus/Incentive: Performance-based opportunity on new business, but this shouldn't be counted as guaranteed income
