We currently have an afternoon shift vacancy available with an industry leader in sustainable packaging, based in Minto, for an experienced Blow Moulding Technician. This is a casual to full-time opportunity working within a modern manufacturing environment focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement. Role: Blow Moulding Machine Technician Location: Minto, Sydney Shift: Afternoon Shift - 3:00PM to 11:00PM Overtime available Key Responsibilities: - Operate and optimise extrusion blow moulding machinery to meet production and quality targets - Monitor production lines, material handling systems and automated packaging equipment - Perform minor machine adjustments and basic maintenance tasks - Troubleshoot production issues to minimise downtime and maximise machine efficiency - Support mould changes and maintenance activities - Maintain strong safety standards including Take5 and LOTO procedures - Work closely with production, quality and engineering teams to achieve operational targets - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality and productivity To be successful you will have: - Experience operating or maintaining blow moulding machinery or similar industrial equipment - Strong mechanical aptitude with fault-finding ability - Minimum 12 months experience in blow moulding machine maintenance or production - Experience within manufacturing, food production or high-volume industrial environments highly regarded - Ability to work independently and within a team environment - Trade qualification advantageous but not essential Excellent opportunity for a mechanically minded operator or technician looking to join a stable and growing company with ongoing overtime and career development opportunities.
