Full-time Logistics Analyst position available in Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110 Pipemakers Australia Pty Ltd is a large-scale manufacturer and supplier of pipe products, fittings and related infrastructure materials across Australia. Based in Acacia Ridge, Queensland, the company operates within a well-established manufacturing and distribution environment, supplying products across metropolitan, regional and interstate networks. We are seeking a full-time Logistics Analyst to support the efficient movement, allocation and delivery of manufactured pipe products. This role is responsible for analysing customer orders, inventory availability, production output, delivery schedules, transport requirements and distribution performance to support effective logistics planning and continuous improvement. Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Analyse customer orders, delivery requirements, inventory availability and production forecasts to support effective logistics and distribution planning. Review and optimise delivery schedules, transport routes and delivery sequencing to improve vehicle utilisation, reduce transport costs and support timely customer deliveries. Assess product dimensions, load requirements, vehicle capacity, weight restrictions and delivery constraints to support safe, compliant and efficient load planning. Monitor stock availability, inventory movements and production output to support accurate product allocation for customer orders and scheduled deliveries. Use transport management, dispatch and inventory systems to record, monitor and analyse product movements, delivery progress and distribution activities. Track delivery performance, transport delays, dispatch issues and operational changes, and prepare reports on recurring logistics issues and service outcomes. Review dispatch documentation, delivery records, manifests, connotes and transport reports to support accurate logistics tracking, shipment tracing and operational compliance. Liaise with production, warehouse, sales, customer service and transport providers to review product availability, delivery timing, transport requirements and customer delivery priorities. Update distribution plans in response to urgent customer requirements, production changes, transport constraints, stock availability and delivery deadlines. Identify and recommend improvements to dispatch processes, loading practices, delivery scheduling, route planning, inventory movements and overall distribution performance. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a closely related discipline. At least 1 year of professional experience in logistics, distribution, transport planning, supply chain operations, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of logistics, distribution, dispatch and transport planning processes. Ability to analyse orders, inventory data, delivery schedules and transport requirements. Sound organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to changing operational priorities. Ability to prepare logistics reports and provide operational insights to support distribution planning and process improvement. Proficiency in using transport management, dispatch, inventory and reporting systems. Good understanding of safety requirements, vehicle capacity, loading constraints and transport compliance considerations. Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $78,000 - $85,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week. Code: MORA0075
