Coordinate the induction, training and competency assessment of new nursing and procedure staff. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and professional development to clinical team members. Implement, monitor and maintain clinical policies, procedures and safety protocols. Conduct compliance audits and ensure adherence to established clinical standards and company procedures. Collaborate with doctors, clinic management and operational teams to ensure effective service delivery. Participate in and assist with hair transplant procedures, providing nursing support to medical practitioners. Ensure appropriate pre-operative and post-operative patient care and documentation. Monitor and maintain infection control, sterilisation and workplace health and safety requirements. Assist with workforce planning, rostering and allocation of clinical responsibilities. Manage and investigate clinical incidents, risks and client concerns in collaboration with management. Review upcoming procedures and ensure adequate staffing, equipment and stock availability. Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards. Promote a positive, professional and patient-centred culture within the clinic. Assist with administrative and operational duties as required to support clinic performance. What We're Looking For Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA. Relevant nursing qualification. Minimum four years nursing experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based practice. Experience in procedural, surgical, cosmetic, dermatology or related healthcare environments will be highly regarded. Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organisational, problem-solving and time management skills. High attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and quality care. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Professional, reliable and proactive approach to patient care and team leadership.
