Responsibilities: Analyse business performance data to support data-led decision making. Identify performance gaps and recommend practical improvement opportunities. Support and facilitate management routines across site. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation. Work closely with senior site leaders to improve cost, productivity and business performance. Coach and support leaders to build continuous improvement capability. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across site. Support contractor management and cost reduction activities where required. About you: We are looking for someone with experience in business improvement, operational excellence, continuous improvement, productivity, technical services, production or maintenance improvement within mining. Coal experience would be highly regarded, and candidates from either open-cut or underground backgrounds will be considered. To be successful, you will bring strong analytical skills, good stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence leaders across site. Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement training would be highly regarded, but not essential. This role would suit someone who is comfortable working in a site-based environment, enjoys solving operational problems, and can help turn improvement opportunities into real outcomes.
