Due to growth, we're on the hunt for a highly driven Internal Sales Executive to join their team. As the Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director and Business Development Manager with the top key customer relationships within their business including supporting clients with general enquiries, administration support and proactively conduct customer health checks to ensure their needs are being met and identify potential upcoming needs. About the role: Proactively perform regular check‑ins with existing accounts to manage and maintain client relationships, confirm requirements are being met and identify sales or upsell opportunities. Provide proactive support to the sales team by preparing documentation, responding to customer queries, and engaging with clients via phone and email to understand their current and future business needs. Conduct timely follow‑ups on enquiries, quotes, and outstanding actions to maintain momentum and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and appointments on behalf of the Business Development Manager. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records, notes, and documentation within the CRM to support reporting and decision‑making. Accurately enter and process customer orders within the CRM, ensuring all information is complete and correct. What we're looking for: Previous experience in a similar role Commitment to the delivery of exceptional customer service and continual improvement of service delivery Demonstrated client liaison skills, with clear and positive phone manner.
