As a Recruitment Consultant at ANZUK Education, you won’t just fill shifts, you’ll help shape early learning experiences across Perth. About the role This is a fast-paced 360 temporary recruitment role where you’ll take ownership of a growing Early Childhood desk and play a key role in supporting centres when they need it most. You’ll be responsible for Managing and growing a portfolio of Early Childhood centres Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality educators Speaking with 30 educators daily, building trusted relationships Partnering with centre directors to deliver reliable staffing solutions Identifying opportunities to grow existing clients and win new business Working collaboratively within a high-performing, people-first team You’ll have the freedom to run your desk your way, backed by structure, mentorship, and a team that genuinely wants you to succeed.
