The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing telecommunication networks tailored to the unique needs of the company's clients. Current Opening: This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week). Position Responsibilities and Tasks Design and plan telecommunication network infrastructure, including voice, data, and video communication systems. Analyze client requirements to develop customized network solutions that meet their specific business needs. Prepare detailed network design documentation, including network diagrams, specifications, and bills of materials. Collaborate with IT support and service teams to coordinate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to recommend the most efficient and cost-effective network solutions. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime. Stay up-to-date with the latest telecommunication technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and upgrades. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in network design and implementation. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams regarding network-related matters. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or higher qualification At least 3 years' of proven experience or similar role. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and address complex network challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package of $77,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
