Your opportunity We are seeking Permanent Part Time Registered Nurses at Carlingford House . As our valued Registered Nurse at Carlingford House you will provide compassionate clinical care that enriches the health and wellbeing of our residents. By meeting complex needs and nurturing meaningful connections, you will contribute to a vibrant, supportive community that enhances residents’ independence, dignity and quality of life. With empathy and resilience, you will: Provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration according to personalised care plans. Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team . Build trusting, genuine relationships with residents and their families while providing emotional support . Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations . Lead and mentor care team members to promote best practices in aged care and ensure a safe, clean environment for all . What you’ll bring You’re an empathetic, respectful and resilient person who genuinely seeks to promote the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of older people. You share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence, and embed them in everything you do. You will also need: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse . A Bachelor of Nursing. NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID. Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs . Ideally, you will also have: Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
