About the Role: Join us as our next Partnerships and Sales Manager - Group, where you’ll shape integrated marketing and commercial strategies that bring our experiences to life. This role combines creative marketing leadership with strong commercial acumen to grow visibility, revenue, and partnerships across B2C and B2B channels.Key Responsibilities:Identify and secure commercial partnership revenue across entertainment assets, focusing on prepaid, gifting and sponsorship channelsDrive new partnership opportunities across EVT Group businesses (Hotels, Thredbo, State Theatre)Support negotiation and finalisation of commercial deals in line with business goalsCreate impactful partnership presentations and proposals that communicate cross-platform benefitsMentor and support the Partnerships & Sales Executive to build a high-performing teamLead integrated campaign planning and brand partnership developmentDevelop and maintain strong industry contacts across marketing, media, and loyalty sectorsBuild tailored sales plans to grow profitable accounts and meet KPIsManage partner relationships, contractual obligations, and renegotiationsDeliver clear, timely communication and reporting to stakeholdersSkills & Experience:Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skillsProven ability to secure and grow cross-platform partnershipsExperience in complex commercial contractingCreative and strategic mindset with a focus on innovationEstablished contacts within loyalty, entertainment, and partnerships marketsAbility to develop persuasive sales pitches and proposalsDemonstrated experience with loyalty products and advertising sales channels in the Australian market.
