Located in the heart of Prahan, L'Hotel Gitan comprises two main offerings – the French brassierie restaurant itself, and Alfie's the private function space. About you The candidate will have an understanding and respect for high quality food and service, be responsible for the daily operations of the venue as well as have outstanding leadership skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment & manage guest expectations.
