SIAM Architect Qualifications: ITIL 4 Foundation certification (minimum) Formal SIAM training or demonstrated SIAM framework knowledge Experience & skills: 8–10 years experience in: IT Service Management, Service Delivery, or Operating Model roles Proven experience designing or implementing SIAM models SIAM principles, layers, and operating models Service integration, end‑to‑end ownership, and accountability Strong knowledge of ITIL practices: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, Supplier Management Continuous Service Improvement Manager Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience ITIL 4 Foundation certification (minimum) Experience & skills: 5 years’ experience in: IT Service Management, Service Operations, or Service Improvement roles Proven experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives Experience working in enterprise or complex environments Hands‑on experience analysing service performance and trends ITIL 4 Continual Improvement practice Service lifecycle and value streams Ability to turn data into actionable insights Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, BMC, Jira SM) Experience with KPIs, dashboards, and service reporting If you are available and interested in these opportunities, please share your updated resume in Word format and a member of our team will give you a call for confidential discussion.
